Privacy and cookies
This page explains what personal data Camilla Finardi's website collects, why, and how it is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the text of your message. They are used only to reply to you: the legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The data is not stored on the website: the message is forwarded by email to Camilla Finardi's mailbox, managed by Aruba S.p.A., and kept only for as long as the correspondence requires. It is not used for newsletters, advertising or any other purpose, nor shared with third parties.
Browsing data
Like any website, the server automatically records some technical data about visits: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. This data is used only to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
The website is hosted on an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure server located in Italy.
Cookies
The website uses only two technical cookies, essential for it to work: one keeps the browsing session, the other protects the contact form against fraudulent submissions. They expire after two hours of inactivity and are not used to profile you or to count visits, so they do not require your consent.
We do not use analytics, profiling or advertising cookies.
Videos and external websites
The videos are published on YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc.). The player loads only when you click on a video: from then on, the privacy policies of these services apply, and they may process data outside the European Union. For YouTube we use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), for Vimeo the "do not track" option.
The video preview images are loaded from YouTube's and Vimeo's servers, which therefore receive the IP address of visitors to the page.
Links to Spotify and other external websites take you away from this website, where their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to object to it, by writing to the address above (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your own country.
